Ingredients
- (1 cup) Bone Broth
- (1/2 cup) Milk of choice
- (2 Tbsp) Cacao or Cocoa Powder
- (1.5 Tbsp) Maple Syrup
- (1 scoop) Collagen
- (1 yolk) Egg Yolk
- Optional: whipped cream or coconut cream
Instructions
- In a small pot, warm the bone broth until simmering.
- Add your milk of choice and continue to heat on low.
- Separate the egg yolk from the white. You may discard the white or save for another recipe.
- Turn off heat.
- Add the yolk and remaining ingredients into the pot.
- Whisk with a small hand blender.
- Alternatively, you can pour the ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend for 1 minute.
- Top with whipped cream or coconut cream if desired.
