Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carrot, shaved or grated
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp MCT Oil
  • pinch Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Shave the carrot into a medium-sized bowl with a pinch of salt.
  2. Add oil & apple cider vinegar.
  3. Toss and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Enjoy daily for thyroid, liver, digestion + metabolism support.
