Ingredients
- 2 cups Carrot, shaved or grated
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp MCT Oil
- pinch Sea salt
Instructions
- Shave the carrot into a medium-sized bowl with a pinch of salt.
- Add oil & apple cider vinegar.
- Toss and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Enjoy daily for thyroid, liver, digestion + metabolism support.
