Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp, to taste Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Optional: Turmeric, ground or freshly minced
  • 1/4 tsp Optional: Ginger, ground or freshly minced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Cap and shake well or whisk in a bowl.
  3. After 10 minutes, whisk or stir with a fork to make sure any clumps dissipate.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
  5. Serve with fresh berries and/or a scoop of coconut cream.
