Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coconut cream
- 1 cup Milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp, to taste Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Optional: Turmeric, ground or freshly minced
- 1/4 tsp Optional: Ginger, ground or freshly minced
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
- Cap and shake well or whisk in a bowl.
- After 10 minutes, whisk or stir with a fork to make sure any clumps dissipate.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
- Serve with fresh berries and/or a scoop of coconut cream.
