Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk or milk alternative
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Spinach or kale
  • half Avocado
  • 1 cup Cucumber with skin
  • 2-3 large Ice cubes
  • 2 Pasture-raised egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Or: Grass-fed Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Berries
  • 4 pitted Or: Dates
  • Optional add-ins: 1 tsp bee pollen, 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
