Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Cream or Milk
  • 1 whole Banana or Avocado - ideally, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground clove

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together on high until smooth. Enjoy!
  2. If using avocado, you may want to add a little bit of sweetener of choice.
