Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream or Milk
- 1 whole Banana or Avocado - ideally, frozen
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground clove
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together on high until smooth. Enjoy!
- If using avocado, you may want to add a little bit of sweetener of choice.
