Our Founders
Meredith Evans McAllister
Meredith combines her business acumen with her passion for women's health to lead Marma. After successfully building and exiting a business, she's now channeling these skills into creating a nutrition resource for women. Marma was born from her own frustrating search for evidence-based nutrition information during her pregnancies (and not blogs from 2014), when she discovered firsthand how difficult it was to find reliable guidance. As a mother of two, she understands the critical importance of proper nutrition during fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—a passion that drives Marma's mission to support women through these transformative stages of life.
Victoria Weber
After the cesarean birth of her first son, Victoria dove deep into the birth world to better understand her experience and emerged as an expert for birthing mothers. She has since supported thousands of women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum as a doula, certified holistic nutrition coach, and prenatal yoga instructor. She’s also an Ayurvedic chef and the founder of an organic meal-delivery service designed for supporting postpartum families. Equal parts wisdom and grace, Victoria’s grounding energy makes her an integral part of any birth team, as well as ours.
