Cabbage Rolls with Beef and Rice

Ingredients

  • (1 pound) Ground beef
  • (1 head) Cabbage leaves, blanched
  • (1 cup) Rice, cooked
  • (15 oz) Tomato sauce
  • (1 medium) Onion, chopped
  • (3 cloves) Garlic, minced
  • (1 tsp) Paprika
  • (1 Tbsp) Dill, chopped
  • (to taste) Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Stir in cooked rice, paprika, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a portion of the beef and rice mixture onto each blanched cabbage leaf. Roll them up.
  4. Arrange the cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-40 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
