Cabbage Rolls with Beef and Rice

Ingredients
- (1 pound) Ground beef
- (1 head) Cabbage leaves, blanched
- (1 cup) Rice, cooked
- (15 oz) Tomato sauce
- (1 medium) Onion, chopped
- (3 cloves) Garlic, minced
- (1 tsp) Paprika
- (1 Tbsp) Dill, chopped
- (to taste) Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Stir in cooked rice, paprika, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a portion of the beef and rice mixture onto each blanched cabbage leaf. Roll them up.
- Arrange the cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-40 minutes.
- Serve hot.
