Chocolate Almond Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Milk or milk alternative
- 1 tbsp Almond or Nut Butter
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 half Avocado ()
- 1 whole Frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Cocoa or cacao
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Enjoy!
- Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
