Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Milk or milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp Almond or Nut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 half Avocado ()
  • 1 whole Frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa or cacao

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
