Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup Organic cane sugar or coconut sugar
- 3 whole Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a saucepan with medium heat, melt the butter or coconut oil (for a dairy-free version) with the chocolate chips.
- Once thoroughly melted, turn off the heat.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a well-greased 9x9 baking pie dish or similar.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes.
- The center may still seem gooey but will firm up as it cools.
- Allow to completely cool before cutting in.
