Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup Organic cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • 3 whole Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a saucepan with medium heat, melt the butter or coconut oil (for a dairy-free version) with the chocolate chips.
  3. Once thoroughly melted, turn off the heat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour into a well-greased 9x9 baking pie dish or similar.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
  7. The center may still seem gooey but will firm up as it cools.
  8. Allow to completely cool before cutting in.
  9. Enjoy!
