Ingredients
- 6, bone-in, skin-on Chicken thighs
- 6, minced Garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp, chopped Fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- - Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Rub the garlic-rosemary mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for about 30-35 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with roasted vegetables or your favorite sides.
