Ingredients

  • 6, bone-in, skin-on Chicken thighs
  • 6, minced Garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp, chopped Fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. Rub the garlic-rosemary mixture over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for about 30-35 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve with roasted vegetables or your favorite sides.
