Grain-free Granola

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter or coconut oil
- 3 cups Coconut flakes
- 1 cup Sliced almonds
- 1 cup Chopped nuts: walnut, pecan, macadamia, cashew, hazelnut
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Warm honey/maple syrup + butter in a saucepan until butter is melted.
- Stir into dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Line a 9x13 sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread mix onto pan.
- Bake 15-20 min @ 350F until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely. Will crisp as it cools.
