Ingredients

  • 1.5 sticks or 3/4cup Butter or coconut oil
  • 6 tbsp Honey
  • 3.5 cups Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Shreds, unsweetened
  • pinch Sea salt
  • pinch Cinnamon
  • 1/4- 1/2 cup Sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 3 - 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 3 - 4 tbsp Flax seeds, ground

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Warm honey + butter in a saucepan until butter is melted.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Line a 9x13 sheet pan with parchment.
  6. Spread mix onto pan + bake 15-20 min @ 350F/176C until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely.
  8. Break apart the granola keeping some larger pieces.
  9. Store in an air-tight container.
