Granola

Granola

Ingredients
- 1.5 sticks or 3/4cup Butter or coconut oil
- 6 tbsp Honey
- 3.5 cups Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Coconut Shreds, unsweetened
- pinch Sea salt
- pinch Cinnamon
- 1/4- 1/2 cup Sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 3 - 4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 3 - 4 tbsp Flax seeds, ground
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Warm honey + butter in a saucepan until butter is melted.
- Stir into dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Line a 9x13 sheet pan with parchment.
- Spread mix onto pan + bake 15-20 min @ 350F/176C until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Break apart the granola keeping some larger pieces.
- Store in an air-tight container.
