Ingredients
- 2 cups Kombucha
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 4 tbsp Gelatin powder
- grass-fed/pasture-raised
- 1/8 cup Water
Instructions
- " Bloom" the gelatin by whisking quickly into the 1/8 cup of water, and let sit.
- Combine kombucha and honey in a saucepan and heat until just beginning to simmer, not boiling.
- Add the gelatin mixture into the saucepan, whisking until smooth and no clumps remain.
- Pour into greased molds or a small baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Cut into squares and store in a pint jar or air-tight container for up to 1 week.
