Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kombucha
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 tbsp Gelatin powder
  • grass-fed/pasture-raised
  • 1/8 cup Water

Instructions

  1. " Bloom" the gelatin by whisking quickly into the 1/8 cup of water, and let sit.
  2. Combine kombucha and honey in a saucepan and heat until just beginning to simmer, not boiling.
  3. Add the gelatin mixture into the saucepan, whisking until smooth and no clumps remain.
  4. Pour into greased molds or a small baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and store in a pint jar or air-tight container for up to 1 week.
