Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1.5 cups Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed, ground
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp Brewer's yeast
  • 1/2 cup Ghee or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel powder
  • pinch Black pepper
  • garnish Pistachios, crushed

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the coconut flour in a saucepan over medium heat, for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Grind the cashews in a food processor until it turns into creamy butter. Alternatively, use 1 cup of cashew butter.
  3. Add cashew butter and all remaining ingredients into the saucepan.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix well.
  5. Turn off the heat.
  6. Line a small baking dish, about 8x8, or a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the batter into the dish, and spread smoothly.
  8. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
  9. Put in the fridge to solidify, about 1 hour.
  10. Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container.
  11. Enjoy a square or two daily to support healthy lactation.
