Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Rolled oats
  • dash Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Milk or alternative
  • 2 tbsp Coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Optional toppings: nut butter, berries, hemp seeds, banana

Instructions

  1. In a pint mason jar, pour in the oats and mix in the cinnamon.
  2. Pour in the milk and coconut cream. Stir well.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes and then stir again gently.
  5. Store in the refrigerator overnight so the oats have time to soak and sprout for optimal digestion.
  6. Top with berries, nut butter, and/or hemp seeds.
  7. You'll want to eat these within 3 days which will be easy! They are such great breakfasts + snacks for the whole family.
