Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Rolled oats
- dash Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Milk or alternative
- 2 tbsp Coconut cream
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Optional toppings: nut butter, berries, hemp seeds, banana
Instructions
- In a pint mason jar, pour in the oats and mix in the cinnamon.
- Pour in the milk and coconut cream. Stir well.
- Stir in the maple syrup.
- Let sit for 5 minutes and then stir again gently.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight so the oats have time to soak and sprout for optimal digestion.
- Top with berries, nut butter, and/or hemp seeds.
- You'll want to eat these within 3 days which will be easy! They are such great breakfasts + snacks for the whole family.
