Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds - sprouted is best!
  • 13 oz Can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup Milk / Plain Yogur
  • 1.5 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
