Pumpkin Pie smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds - sprouted is best!
- 13 oz Can Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Milk / Plain Yogur
- 1.5 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Enjoy!
- Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
