Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans Chickpeas, drained + rinsed
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
- 1 tsp Cumin, ground
- 1 tsp Coriander, ground
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
- - Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- RINSE + Pat dry 2 cans of chickpeas, then toss with 2 tbsp olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix 1 tsp each of ground turmeric, cumin, and coriander, along with 1/2 tsp each of ground ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper, plus salt to taste.
- Sprinkle spice mixture over chickpeas and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy as a snack or topping for various dishes.
