Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef roast
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
  4. Rub the garlic rosemary mixture over the beef.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness.
  6. Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
