Ingredients
- 3 pounds Beef roast
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
- Rub the garlic rosemary mixture over the beef.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
