Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Sweet Potatoes
- 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 tsp Sea salt
- 1.5 tsp Spices, 1 or mix: ground cinnamon, coriander, cumin, chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C
- Peel Sweet potatoes.
- Cut into 1-inch thick slices.
- Toss with olive oil
- Mix in spices
- Add to baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven when golden browned and tender.
