Sardine Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tin Smoked sardines with bones
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1-2 tbsp Kimchi or sauerkraut
Instructions
- Drain the oil from the sardine can and empty the contents into a medium-sized bowl.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and add to the bowl.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of kimchi or sauerkraut, to taste.
- With a fork, mash the contents until it's mixed.
- Enjoy on crackers or toast or all on its own for a nutrient-dense snack or lunch.
- Can be made with or without the bones, although the bones contain extra calcium and other minerals beneficial to mother and baby.
