Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon, Cranberry, Almonds + Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Green beans
- 6 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Cranberries, fresh
- 4 ounces Goat cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Slivered Almonds
- Sea Salt + Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash + trim the green beans.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
- Set the bacon aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
- Add the green beans to the hot pan, sautéing for 3-5 minutes.
- Cover + let steam another 5 minutes.
- Add the cranberries + sauté 2 more minutes just until the cranberries are about to burst.
- Season with a high quality sea salt + black pepper.
- Place the green beans in a serving bowl.
- Top with crumbled goat cheese, almonds + bacon.
