Sautéed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Apples
  • 2 tbsp Butter, ghee, or coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin strips.
  2. Warm a pan on medium heat.
  3. Toss the apples in a bowl with the cinnamon.
  4. Add the butter, ghee, or coconut oil and disperse all over the pan.
  5. Add the apple mixture to the pan, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove after 2-3 minutes or until the apples are soft.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
