Sautéed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
- 2 whole Apples
- 2 tbsp Butter, ghee, or coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin strips.
- Warm a pan on medium heat.
- Toss the apples in a bowl with the cinnamon.
- Add the butter, ghee, or coconut oil and disperse all over the pan.
- Add the apple mixture to the pan, stirring occasionally.
- Remove after 2-3 minutes or until the apples are soft.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
