Soaked Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
Instructions
- Pour yogurt into a bowl or quart jar with the 1 cup of flour.
- Cover + let sit on the counter overnight. (only do this if using yogurt, otherwise, put it in the fridge. The beneficial enzymes help protect against harmful bacterial growth.)
- In the morning, beat in 1 egg to the yogurt.
- Add maple syrup, salt + baking soda.
- Mix well.
- In a frying pan melt the butter and then mix well into the batter.
- Fry on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
