Sourdough Chocolate Crinkles

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup Softened butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg yolks
- 3/4 cup Sourdough discard
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix dry ingredients (except powdered sugar).
- In another bowl, mix butter and sugar.
- Add in discard and eggs.
- Stir into dry ingredients.
- Roll into 1.5” balls and dip top in powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheet sugared side up.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they’ve “cracked”!
- Allow to cool before enjoying.
