Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 cup Sourdough starter
- 1.5 cups Milk or alternative
- 2 whole Eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder + soda, and salt.
- Add the Sourdough starter, maple syrup, milk, and egg.
- Mix well until just combined.
- Melt the butter in a hot pan.
- Add the butter to the mixture and mix in well.
- Use the leftover grease for your first pancake.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot pan cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
