Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Coriander, ground
  • 2 tbsp Cumin, ground
  • 2 tbsp Fennel, ground
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp Cardamom, ground

Instructions

  1. Gently mix all ingredients.
  2. Store in a small mason jar to cook with throughout the summer.
  3. Optionally: Try using whole-seed coriander, cumin + fennel. Gently toast dry on a hot pan for 2-3 minutes. Cool completely. Grind in a spice or coffee grinder or by hand with a mortar + pestle. Add the turmeric + cardamom powders.
