Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Ice
  • 2.5 cups Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 2 medium Naval oranges, peeled + quartered
  • 1 cup Mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 inch Ginger, peeled and diced
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • half Red bell pepper, seeded

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high.
  3. Serve + enjoy!
  4. Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
