Vitamin C Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Ice
- 2.5 cups Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 2 medium Naval oranges, peeled + quartered
- 1 cup Mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 inch Ginger, peeled and diced
- 1 whole Banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut water
- half Red bell pepper, seeded
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high.
- Serve + enjoy!
- Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
