Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Watermelon, seeded and cubed
  • 1 small English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh basil
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon and cucumber as listed and combine in a large bowl.
  2. Juice the lime and mix the lime juice with the olive oil, shredded basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Dump this dressing over the fruit mixture and toss to coat evenly.
