Watermelon Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Watermelon, seeded and cubed
- 1 small English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Juice from 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp Fresh basil
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon and cucumber as listed and combine in a large bowl.
- Juice the lime and mix the lime juice with the olive oil, shredded basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Dump this dressing over the fruit mixture and toss to coat evenly.
