Winter Squash and Pesto Pasta with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Winter squash, diced
- 1/2 cup Pesto sauce
- 8 ounces Pasta, cooked
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced winter squash and cook until tender.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
- Stir in pesto sauce and cooked pasta. Toss until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve the winter squash and pesto pasta with shrimp hot.
