Ingredients

  • (1 whole) Apple
  • (1/4 cup) Nut butter of choice, almond, peanut, cashew, sunflower seed

Instructions

  1. This is an easy but great snack to keep in mind! It balances the sweetness with some protein to balance blood sugar.
  2. Slice and core apples.
  3. Add 1 tsp of nut butter to each slice.
  4. Enjoy!
