Apples and Nut Butter

- (1 whole) Apple
- (1/4 cup) Nut butter of choice, almond, peanut, cashew, sunflower seed
Instructions
- This is an easy but great snack to keep in mind! It balances the sweetness with some protein to balance blood sugar.
- Slice and core apples.
- Add 1 tsp of nut butter to each slice.
