Beef + Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- (1 pound) Beef sirloin strips
- (1 cup) Broccoli, chopped
- (2 large) Carrots, sliced
- (1 medium) Onion, sliced
- (1 medium) Bell Peppers, sliced
- (3 Tbsp) Soy sauce or Tamari
- (2 Tbsp) Hoisin sauce
- (3 cloves) Garlic, minced
- (1 Tbsp) Ginger, grated
- (3 Tbsp) Olive oil
- (for garnish) Sesame seeds
- (for serving) Rice or noodles
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove from the wok.
- Add sliced vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the wok and pour the sauce over. Toss to coat.
- Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds.
