Ingredients

  • (1 pound) Beef sirloin strips
  • (1 cup) Broccoli, chopped
  • (2 large) Carrots, sliced
  • (1 medium) Onion, sliced
  • (1 medium) Bell Peppers, sliced
  • (3 Tbsp) Soy sauce or Tamari
  • (2 Tbsp) Hoisin sauce
  • (3 cloves) Garlic, minced
  • (1 Tbsp) Ginger, grated
  • (3 Tbsp) Olive oil
  • (for garnish) Sesame seeds
  • (for serving) Rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove from the wok.
  3. Add sliced vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the wok and pour the sauce over. Toss to coat.
  5. Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds.
