Ingredients

  • 2 cups, packed Dates
  • 1/2 cup Coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Cashews or pecans
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Alternatively, use Golden Spice blend

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Pulse on high for 2-3 minutes until well distributed.
  3. With clean hands, roll into 1-inch diameter balls.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or freeze for your postpartum pantry.
