Ingredients
- 1 cup Elderberry syrup
- 1/4 cup Gelatin powder
- grass-fed/pasture-raised
- 1/2 cup Hot water
- to oil pan Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Grease a glass baking dish with coconut oil or use silicone molds.
- In a 2-cup measuring bowl, pour in 1/4 cup of cooled elderberry syrup.
- Quickly whisk in the gelatin powder.
- Add the 1/2 cup of hot water and stir quickly until smooth.
- Add the remaining elderberry syrup and stir until completely smooth.
- Pour into molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Pop out of molds and/or dice into 1/2-inch squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
