Ingredients
- 12 whole Dates, Deglet or Medjool
- 1/4 cup Goat cheese
- 12 whole Almonds or cashews
Instructions
- Cut each date down the center on one side.
- Remove pit if not already pitted.
- Add roughly 1 tsp of goat cheese into each date.
- Stuff each date with a whole nut. This adds the perfect crunch to each bite.
