Ingredients

  • 12 whole Dates, Deglet or Medjool
  • 1/4 cup Goat cheese
  • 12 whole Almonds or cashews

Instructions

  1. Cut each date down the center on one side.
  2. Remove pit if not already pitted.
  3. Add roughly 1 tsp of goat cheese into each date.
  4. Stuff each date with a whole nut. This adds the perfect crunch to each bite.
