Ingredients

  • 4 Cod fillets
  • 2, sliced Lemon
  • 2 Tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
  • 3, minced Garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped fresh dill, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the dill mixture over the cod fillets.
  5. Arrange lemon slices on top.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
