Ingredients
- 4 Cod fillets
- 2, sliced Lemon
- 2 Tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
- 3, minced Garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix chopped fresh dill, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the dill mixture over the cod fillets.
- Arrange lemon slices on top.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
