Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen or fresh mango
  • 1.5 cups Filtered water
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp Irish sea moss gel
  • 1-2 whole Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 1 pinch Cardamom

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
