Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen or fresh mango
- 1.5 cups Filtered water
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp Irish sea moss gel
- 1-2 whole Medjool Dates pitted
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric
- 1/8 tsp Ginger
- 1 pinch Cardamom
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute.
- Enjoy!
- Note: Smoothies in the first few weeks postpartum should be served at room temperature to promote healing. Substitute the Ice for 1 cup of Filtered Water.
