Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coriander seed, whole
- 2 tsp Fenugreek seed
- 2 tbsp Cumin seed
- 2 tbsp Turmeric, ground
- 2 tbsp Ginger, ground
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne, ground
- 1/8 tsp Clove, ground
Instructions
- Gently mix all ingredients.
- Store in a small mason jar to cook with throughout the spring season.
- Optionally: Try using whole-seed coriander, fenugreek + cumin seeds. Gently toast dry on a hot pan for 2-3 minutes. Cool completely. Grind in a spice or coffee grinder or by hand with a mortar + pestle. Add the turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cayenne + clove powders.
