Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Coriander seed, whole
  • 2 tsp Fenugreek seed
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seed
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric, ground
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, ground
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Clove, ground

Instructions

  1. Gently mix all ingredients.
  2. Store in a small mason jar to cook with throughout the spring season.
  3. Optionally: Try using whole-seed coriander, fenugreek + cumin seeds. Gently toast dry on a hot pan for 2-3 minutes. Cool completely. Grind in a spice or coffee grinder or by hand with a mortar + pestle. Add the turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cayenne + clove powders.
